DESCRIPTION:A full day of dance and fun!  This is for all shapes\, sizes\, ages and fitness levels. Learn 3 great dances.  In the morning you will learn Burlesque.  It’s a really fun and friendly way to get fit\, build confidence and to find that inner you.  Your tutor will take you through the classic moves and then teach you a short and sassy routine. “Ready for more?” You will then be eased gently into the Eastern Promise Belly Dance where you will learn the basic movements of Belly Dance\, which is a healing and therapeutic dance form using hip\, body and arm movements in harmony with the music. \nAfter lunch get ready for your BOLLYWOOD DANCE class.  Bollywood Dance is easy on the eye. Dramatic facial expressions and cinematic pizzazz means anyone can follow the story. The movements are made up of a series of historic symbols and traditions. \nAll this will take place at the WI Centre on Friday 18th March 2016\, from 10.00 am until 3.30pm.  Please bring a packed lunch.  Coffee and tea will be available. \nTICKETS ARE £25.00 EACH. \nClosing date 18/2/16 \n
