DESCRIPTION:Get Out Those Walking Boots Join us for an exhilarating walk around Cranham Marsh Nature Reserve\, with its ancient wet woodland\, wet meadow and marsh. Walk in the Thames Chase Community Forest with its visitor centre and grade 2 listed barn. This walk is kindly being organised by Oglethorpe WI.Wednesday 11 July 2018Meet at 10.15 -10.30 start.The walk is approximately 3 miles and will start at Thames Chase Visitor Centre\, Pike Lane\, Upminster\, RM14 3NS. (Pike Lane is off St Marys Lane just before the Thatched House if coming from A127.The cost of the walk is £2.50 for Federation administration.Car parking is a fixed daily donation to Thames Chase Trust payable at the ticket machine (£2 at present) The Visitor Centre is open 10.00am – 5pm and refreshments and light lunches are available \nWith regret no dogs please.   \n  \n
