President & Secretary Training

Are you new to the roles or just thinking of taking on the role of President or Secretary?  You will hopefully find these sessions useful.  All WI Presidents, Secretaries and committee members are welcome to attend these sessions.  As well as covering roles, any updates on procedures and dispelling myths, these events are great for problem solving and networking.

We have four sessions available:-
Tue 16/6/26 – Evening Zoom 7-9pm
Sat 27/6/26 – WI Centre/Hybrid 10-12noon
Sat 21/11/26 – Morning Zoom 10-12noon
Sat 18/7/26 – Harold Wood Memorial Hall 10-12noon

If you are attending in person at WI Centre, the address is Whiteland, Terling Road, Hatfield Peverel, CM3 2AG (What3words public.barstool.escorting).  Free parking available.

If you are attending in person at Harold Wood Memorial Hall, the address is 53 Gubbins Ln, Romford RM3 0PU (What3words voice.scan.chat). Free parking available – go down Rosslyn Avenue, right into Peel Way, right into Holdbrook Way and all the way to the end.  The hall is also a two minute walk from Harold Wood station.

You only need to attend one session as they are all the same.

Please bring your own mug for tea/coffee if attending WI Centre.
