Liz Scholey is a highly qualified dance teacher and teaches line dance, salsa, Zumba, Bollywood and DDMIX (Darcey Bussell’s dance fitness programme). She brings her witty, glamorous style to all her classes and events.

Dancing is a great way to keep fit and have fun, and in this event, Liz will talk you through all the steps of her version of Zumba Gold at an easy pace. Suitable for ALL ages and aimed at beginner’s level so you don’t run the risk of injuries or falling over your feet.

So – put on your comfortable clothes and clear the floor and you are good to go! See you on the dance floor!
