CCC are pleased to be welcoming Denman tutor, Pat Lumsdale to WI Centre for this creative workshop exploring the art of strip piercing.
In the morning you will be making either a iPad mini cover or Kindle cover with Liberty Lawn material and the cost of the workshop covers this beautiful material.
In the afternoon using your own material you will be making a fabric basket. You will need to supply the material for this so perhaps you could make it with Christmas material for a present or simply use up some of those material pieces, that may come in useful one day!!
This course requires the use of a sewing machine but you will only be using straight stitching. A requirement list for the day will be sent out with the tickets stating the material requirements for the afternoon basket project.
This workshop is suitable for those new to patchwork and for those ladies with some experience.
Tea and Coffee will be available upon arrival and at lunch time
but remember your packed lunch, mug and glasses if needed!!
