We are excited to welcome a new tutor to WI Centre: Karen Ives an established textile artist and tutor with a studio in Braintree. Karen is a member of 02Textiles, an exhibiting textile group who exhibit at RHS Hyde Hall.
This is a machine embroidery workshop where you will create a brooch, with wired edges to keep a nice shape and be ready to wear year after year. Some machine embroidery confidence is necessary for this workshop.
You will need to bring your sewing machine with the ability to drop the feed dogs.

You will need to bring your own mug and a packed lunch.
