Would you like your cupcakes to WOW? Now is your opportunity to develop the skills to do so at this cake decorating workshop. In the morning you will learn how to colour and condition fondant so that you can make beautiful stable pastel-coloured decorations for your cupcakes. You will practice your piping skills to get perfect lines and dots to finish your cupcakes. After lunch you will learn how to dome your cupcakes, so you have a perfect finish to place your decorations and finish with your dots and lines. You will go home with 6 decorated cupcakes and recipes for cupcakes, buttercream and royal icing. Your tutor will be Angela Flynn who has been baking since 1976, she attended Colchester Institute for 3 years gaining a diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery, she has gold and bronze medals from Salon Culinaire and now operates a very successful business from her home kitchen. All ingredients and equipment are supplied but please bring your apron and a rolling pin.
